Order processing
Orders are processed after payment authorization. Product availability, shipping charges, and the estimated delivery window are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Tracking
When tracking is available, we will email it after the order ships. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear.

Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, customs review, and address issues can affect delivery. Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order.

Multiple items
Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages. You will not be charged additional shipping beyond the amount shown at checkout.

International orders
International orders may be subject to local taxes, duties, or import requirements unless checkout states that these charges are included.
